Jane Brackett has been in the real estate industry for twenty plus years. You could say, she's been in the business a lot longer than that!
As a tag-along with her Mother who was a Realtor, in her teens Jane loved to help with open houses and designing flyers. When she wasn't helping Mom, she could often be found helping customers in Dad's pharmacy. That was back in the day when clerks actually helped customers and deliveries were free! In college, Jane worked for one of Atlanta's largest real estate companies in the listing book department-- she spent hours in the darkroom printing hundreds of pictures of houses for the huge listing book that was distributed to each Realtor. This was during dinosaurs days before we all had computers!
As a young adult, Jane followed her Mother into Real Estate sales and then on into appraising where she's been ever since. Along the way, just for fun, Jane has also been a licensed Home Inspector and a mortgage broker. She's also currently a Broker with Keller Williams Realty, Portland Central Office located near Lloyd Center.
The bottom line is that Jane knows the real estate valuation business. Her experience growing up in a family owned business and a Realtor for a mom has instilled a unique appreciation and sensitivity to all aspects of real estate and customer service!
